Restoring the Soul of the Farm
Our buildings—The Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Pendolino—are not new constructions; they are restorations of the past. We have preserved the original stonework, terracotta, and wood beams of the original farmhouse and haylofts. Our philosophy was simple: keep the rustic soul of the Tuscan farmhouse, but infuse it with the invisible luxury of modern, zero-footprint technology.
A Cinematic Landscape
The beauty of this specific valley is no secret to artists. The ruins visible from our estate were chosen by Oscar-winner Roberto Benigni as the setting for the House of the Fairy in his film Pinocchio. It is a landscape so magical that it blurs the line between reality and fairytale.

We cultivate our trees without chemicals, harvesting by hand in the autumn just as it has been done for centuries.
